Ejector Pins, Blades and Sleeves
Our comprehensive ejector technology range provides toolmakers with the quality, consistency, and flexibility required for modern mouldmaking. From standard components to customised solutions, every KNARR ejector pin,blade or sleeve is manufactured to exacting tolerances, ensuring reliable performance and long service life in the most demanding applications. Knarr offer pin diameters in some sizes in increments of just 0.01mm and we have a number of sizes exlusive to us, standard and from stock. All pins can be supplied in different materials and nitrided or DLC coated if requested, again often from stock.
Ejector Blades: Choose from versions with two or four corner radii, delivering the perfect fit and clean release for intricate mould geometries.
New vented Ejector Pins are designed for efficient gas venting, minimising defects and improving part quality. A unique design, manufactured in house at KNARR, this venting design can be used on pins and blades - these are proving very popular on the market already.
Stepless Ejector Sleeves: Precision-ground for seamless operation and exact alignment — for smooth, wear-resistant motion and minimal maintenance. With no internal step thesee pins are simple to install and mean the full length of the stroke can be utilised. A favourite amongst toolmakers!
