Fully Machined and Finished Mould Bases
At OptiMach, we supply fully machined mould bases engineered directly from your 3D models, delivering exceptional accuracy, quality finish and performance. Whether you require a compact prototype mould or a high-cavity, long-life production tool, our mould bases are machined to the highest and most precise standards.
Designed for both injection moulding and die-casting applications, every mould base is produced using advanced CNC machining under strict process control. All bases are supplied with full CMM inspection reports and steel certificates, ensuring verified dimensional accuracy and complete material traceability.
With more than 50 CNC machining centres in operation and a production capacity of approximately 300 mould bases per month, we offer the scale, speed and reliability needed to support toolrooms of any size.

Data & Engineering Support
- Manufacture directly from customer 3D CAD data, technical drawings, or colour-coded 3D models
- Independent data verification prior to machining to ensure accuracy and manufacturability

- Full range of industry-standard steels: 1.1730, 1.2311, 1.2312, 1.2083, 1.2085, 1.2767, 1.2343, 1.2344, ESU steels
- Aluminium grades and specialist materials available on request
Hardness & Surface Treatments
- Stress relieving before and between process where applicable
- Multiple hardness options to suit application needs
- Nitriding, coatings, and customised surface treatments available
